Contact usOur elevator shaft projects are split into two contracts Project Development Agreement and Construction Agreement. Project Development gathers all the design, details, and allows our trade partners to review the project to provide accurate pricing. All work that would be required before permits. The Construction Agreement is for the physical construction of the project and requires a 20% deposit followed by monthly progress invoicing on work completed.
Yes. During the Project Development stage we contract an engineer to ensure everything is designed to incorporate the new and existing loads in your home. Exterior elevator shafts will require engineering of footings, bearing walls, etc. while an elevator added in a home requires that the floor loads be redistributed.
No. However, we will always connect you with one of our elevator supplier partners so that you can contract directly with them. This reduces homeowner costs by removing mark-ups on the elevator and gives you clear communication with the supplier for warranty and maintenance. Do not worry though, our partnership with the suppliers result in a seamless project where we communicate directly without the homeowner being a middle-man.
